But healing doesn't start with strategy. It starts with safety.
Real, sustainable transformation happens when we:

These programmes exist because I needed them once — and couldn't find them.

When I was struggling with anxiety, trauma patterns, depleted careers, and dysregulated relationships, no one explained the real issue: My nervous system did not feel safe.
I was living in survival — fight, flight, freeze — even when nothing appeared wrong.
No amount of positive thinking, goal-setting, or "just trying harder" would work until I addressed this foundation.

Both programmes begin on the 22nd March. Exact time will be scheduled based on enrolled participants' timezones to ensure maximum live attendance.

Approximately two hours per week, plus daily practices (10-20 minutes).

All sessions are recorded and available to enrolled participants. You'll also have access to the WhatsApp community for ongoing support.

It's possible, but we recommend starting with one and completing it before adding the other. This allows you to integrate the work more deeply.

No. These programmes are designed for wherever you are in your journey. Some participants have done years of personal development work; others are just beginning.

First payment of $350 due at enrolment. Second payment of $350 due 4 weeks into the programme.

You'll receive a welcome email with intake questions (including your timezone and availability). Once we have everyone's information, we'll confirm the final session schedule. You'll be added to the WhatsApp community approximately 1 week before the programme starts.
